When Can I arrive?  Site will be open from 8am Saturday July 6th.

When does Site close?  Site must be vacated by 6pm Sunday 14th.

What is included in the entry fees?

The team entry fee (€2500) includes Gala dinner for the 6 riders and 1 trainer, 6 stables, camping and facilities access  for the 6 riders and 1 trainer, 1 electric hook up,  Welcome/Irish night passes for the 6 riders and 1 trainer, 12 Supporter packages including site access, camping and Irish Night.

The individual entry fee (€400) includes Gala dinner for the individual rider, 1 stable, camping and facilities access for the individual rider, Welcome/Irish night pass for the individual rider, 2 Supporter packages including site access, camping and Irish Night.

Please note that based on feedback from previous competitions and to avoid food waste, meals with the exception of the Gala night are not included in competition fees. Meals will be available on site and can be purchased as required. Further details to follow.

What are the packages available? Coloured wristbands will identify riders, supporters and officials. Site Access Packages(€50) are mandatory for all visitors. These can be purchased in advance.  Children Under 12 site access packages are charged at €25. This package includes camping, facilities access and Irish night.

Is there Hook-Up Available? These can be purchased directly from the venue. Cost €100. Click here to Book.

Gala Night July 13th. Tickets €65. These can be purchased in advance. Theme ‘Dress to Impress’. 

Irish/Welcome Night July 8th. Free to all Riders and Supporters. Wrist Band check

What can I eat on site? Breakfast, lunch and evening meals will be provided directly by the venue. These can be purchased directly as required. Further details to follow.

 

Are shavings supplied with my stable? All stables are bedded on arrival. Further shavings will be available to purchase on site. Price tbc.

 

Is there haylage supplied? No but it will be available to purchase on site. (€tbc/bale)

 

Is there corralling allowed on site? No corralling allowed in venue and no nearby secure corralling.

 

Are dogs allowed on site? Yes but they must be on lead at all times!

 

What are the rules regarding pony injections? Ponies must be vaccinated according to FEI rules.  All ponies will be checked on arrival for compliance. All the information on the FEI website

 

Can I book an extra stable? You can book an extra stable at a cost of €70/stable and it must be booked in advance. Further details click here.
